How review works & card settings
FSRS schedules each card from your ratings and review timing, with a 90% retention target. Scheduling uses no AI tokens. “Explain this” is an optional AI request.
Again = forgot. Hard = recalled with effort. Ratings measure recall, not case-reading competence. A mature card has an interval of at least 21 days; it still returns for review.

How it's connected
- Your OpenAI API key is a Vercel server secret.
- Your Notion token is a server secret, scoped to the Radiology OS libraries you shared.
- This browser keeps the current session, so you can close Safari and pick up later.
Educational use only
No PACS, raw clinical reports, DICOM, patient data or competency certification. The mic button uses browser/OS speech recognition when available; never dictate PHI. Audio handling is controlled by your browser/OS speech service, and only the resulting transcript is submitted to Radiology OS.
